Our clients will generally lose between 1 and 2 pounds per week. This may not sound very much when you may be looking to lose 7 stones, but if you consider that a 1.5 pound loss per week will equate to over 5 1/2 stones in a year this is a significant weight loss. In fact a recent example of this is a client in Guernsey who has ,over the last 14 months, lost 8 1/2 stones. She is confident in the technique and her life is now diet free and she still enjoys her 'normal' social life, including eating out.
But the important thing you will learn from us is the technique to keep that weight off and be diet free for the rest of your life.
What will my sessions be like?
Your first session will be the chance for us to learn what it is that you want from your sessions. Do you want to lose one stone or is your goal to lose considerably more than that? Using the 3 Step Method, our clients have lost anywhere up to 9 stones and the important part is that they have then kept that weight off.
We will then work out when and what you like to eat and then map out a plan for how you can eat the way you wish to, but lose weight every week.
When that is established we can then show you how to work on the technique for handling cravings, emotional eating, binge eating or whatever your issue is with food. Each session will be tailored to your particular requirements to ensure you lose weight and learn how to maintain that loss long term.
